How It Works

We start by meeting and building an understanding of your objectives, ideals and non-negotiables.

Once we’ve established your brief, we’ll work to identify and view the most suitable properties for you. Of course, that starts with a review of on-market properties. But the real value comes in uncovering the suitable homes that are not currently available on or off the market. This involves connecting with our broad network, reviewing the hundreds of prime properties we’ve previously sold and speaking with developers, landlords and architects.

When our previews are complete, we’ll present you with a refined shortlist of properties for us to view together, and we’ll provide intel on the price, the market, the local area and the owner’s situation.

When we find “the one”, we’ll deftly negotiate the sale or rental price and secure the property on your behalf, at the best possible price and the terms most favourable to you.

Presenting an offer is not just about the monetary value.
